Celebrate the Festive Season at Hyatt Regency Tokyo
Hyatt Regency Tokyo is celebrating its 45th anniversary with a delightful announcement for the holiday season! From December 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, the hotel will showcase its collaboration with renowned pastry chef Pierre Hermé Paris. This marks the fourth installment of their seasonal Afternoon Tea series, this time themed "White Christmas."
Inspired by the tranquil ambiance of winter, the Afternoon Tea features vanilla as its star ingredient, highlighting its sweet and soothing qualities. Guests can expect an artistic selection of seven exquisite desserts that encapsulate the essence of a snowy holiday.
Sweets that Enchant: A Vanilla Wonderland
The menu boasts a dazzling array of desserts that express the aromatic and sweet character of vanilla. With options like the "Millefeuille Infini Vanille"—a harmonious mix of crisp pastry layered with mascarpone infused with various vanilla types—and the rich "Macaron Infini Vanille de Madagascar," your sweet tooth will be thoroughly satisfied. Other highlights include a fragrant rose and jasmine tart, showcasing the signature artistry of Pierre Hermé.
Savory Delights: Winter Comfort Foods
The hotel’s culinary team presents a range of savory dishes that echo the comforting flavors of winter. Guests can start with a classic shrimp cocktail paired with a tangy ketchup-based sauce. The menu progresses to a truffle tart featuring sweet, caramelized onions and concludes with a delectable beef stew enveloped in flaky pastry, perfectly designed for the colder months. Other savory highlights include a specially sauced katsu sandwich, adding to the rich ensemble.
Exclusive Festive Perks
To enhance the festive experience, each guest will receive a complimentary "Pierre Hermé Paris Financier Box" with two treats, allowing them to savor the sweetness long after their visit. The unique tea stand, inspired by the hotel's iconic chandeliers, makes its debut this season, elevating the overall experience with added elegance and sparkle.
Evening Tea: A Special Weekly Treat
In addition to the traditional afternoon offerings, the hotel invites guests to indulge in an exclusive evening tea every Wednesday from 5 PM to 8 PM. Experience the warmth and glow of chandeliers as you enjoy a leisurely selection of sweets and savory items, all against the backdrop of sophisticated ambiance.
