This engaging event focuses on creating your very own custom pillow through the 'Makuralab' program. Not only will participants learn about sleep, but they will also gather valuable insights that can contribute to their independent research projects!

Workshop Highlights

The workshop promises a comprehensive learning experience, where children will engage in activities that emphasize the importance of quality sleep and a suitable sleeping environment. This opportunity is structured into two sessions: a morning slot starting at 10:30 AM, and an afternoon slot at 2:30 PM, each accommodating just 5 eager participants, making a total of 10 spots available.

Special Perks

Each participant will be rewarded with a discount coupon worth 5,000 yen, applicable towards the purchase of a custom pillow (one per family). But that’s not all! Attendees will also receive a ‘Research Journal’ filled with informative content about sleep, alongside the chance to attend a mini-lecture discussing the significance of rest and its impact on overall health.
