Furthermore, by visualizing call frequency, duration, and proposal details through MiiTel’s analytics capabilities, the bank’s management can provide valuable feedback to the Remote CAs. Such data-driven insights have been instrumental in drastically enhancing the overall performance of the team. In fact, compared to the previous year, the acquisition of financial products has surged by 2.6 times, and the numbers of NISA account openings have doubled, solidifying the effectiveness of this technological integration.

Atsuyuki Matsumae, the Deputy Director of the Personal Planning Office at Hiroshima Bank, praised the adoption of MiiTel’s AI solutions. He noted, "The Remote CAs have been able to propose financial products to customers remotely. However, we faced challenges in accurately perceiving and analyzing the workload associated with entering consultation records into our internal system. By leveraging MiiTel’s automatic summarization and analytics features, we have successfully created an environment that streamlines the workflow and enables higher productivity. We remain committed to enhancing the quality of customer service while grounded in the community."
