Enfactory Launches Innovative Job Exchange Program
Enfactory Co., Ltd., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has announced the introduction of its job exchange initiative as part of Tokyo's Talent Exchange Support Project. Beginning in October 2025, this program will initially involve four companies and four individuals, emphasizing the collaboration between large corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or startups.
The Tokyo government has initiated the ‘2023 Talent Exchange Support Project for Promoting Growth through Collaboration between Large Corporations and SMEs/Startups,’ which aims to facilitate the growth of both parties through the exchange of personnel. The program allows employees from larger companies to engage in secondary jobs or assignments within smaller firms, fostering mutual growth and enhancing Tokyo's economic landscape.
Enfactory, known for its motto 'Making Boundaries Accessible to All,' has a strong background in supporting over 7,000 individuals from 80 companies through cross-border learning programs, including multiple job studies and border-hopping circuits. This wealth of experience will be instrumental in successfully managing the operations of the new job exchange.
Supporting Growth through Collaboration
The essence of the job exchange program is to capitalize on the knowledge and skills gained through participation in various projects. Engaging employees of large companies in SMEs and startups can accelerate growth, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their business objectives. As part of this initiative, Enfactory aims to utilize its expertise in 'in-house outplacement' and ‘dual employment’ to nurture talent and foster the development of innovative solutions within smaller enterprises.
According to Enfactory, the matching process between the four selected companies and their respective candidates is already underway, with early indications showing promising alignment and engagement. The program encourages a culture of collaboration, enhancing the capabilities of both large and small enterprises through shared learning and resource exchange.
Future Prospects and Continued Support
As this program progresses, Enfactory is committed to supporting large companies by nurturing their talent pool while simultaneously addressing the developmental needs of SMEs and startups. By facilitating this talent exchange, Enfactory aspires to contribute significantly to Tokyo’s international competitiveness and drive economic growth.
