His leadership has transcended the gaming world as he also contributed to award-winning animated films during his tenure at Walt Disney Animation Studios, where he was involved in the technological progression of popular films like "Frozen."

The breadth of his experience further includes roles as Head of Technology at Pacific Data Images/DreamWorks Animation and Senior Technology Officer at Industrial Light & Magic, where he played a pivotal role in innovating visual effects in memorable films like "Forrest Gump" and "Men in Black."

Hendrickson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, which complements his extensive practical knowledge and creative thinking skills. He is also a recognized member of professional organizations such as the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, SMPTE, and ACM SIGGRAPH. His depth of knowledge is evidenced by his status as a named inventor on multiple U.S. patents, which includes innovations in remote collaboration, stereoscopic depth rendering, and advanced image processing.
