This celestial event series runs year-round, and for June, they will host a special viewing party for the full moon on June 11. Event Highlights
The observatory will be abuzz with excitement from June 7 through June 11, featuring a variety of activities surrounding the Strawberry Moon. Here’s what attendees can look forward to:
Strawberry Moon Viewing (June 11, 19:00 - 20:30)
On the night of the full moon, visitors can gaze at the Strawberry Moon through high-powered telescopes, observing its craters and terrain in detail against the backdrop of Tokyo's city lights.

Admission: Regular observatory entry fee applies.

Themed Events
From June 7-11, the observatory will host several events:
1. Kids' Quiz Rally: Designed for children, this quiz rally offers an adventurous way to explore the observatory while learning about the Strawberry Moon. Completing the quiz grants participants an exclusive treat—"Apollo Chocolate," inspired by the lunar landing craft.
2. Social Media Campaign: Follow the observatory’s official accounts on X or Instagram, and engage with their posts. Participants will have a chance to earn Apollo Chocolate as well.
Instagram-Worthy Moments
In the grassy area of the observatory, a gigantic strawberry-themed cushion (35cm x 25cm) will be set up for perfect photo opportunities. Capture memorable moments surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant colors.
Delightful Treats at Tentai Park Cafe
As part of the Strawberry Moon celebration, an exclusive dessert called the "Strawberry Moon Roll," priced at 650 yen, will be available. This fluffy roll cake is adorned with strawberry powder and fresh berries, combining sweet and tangy flavors reminiscent of the Strawberry Moon itself.

This observatory, located at a remarkable height of 251 meters, is recognized as one of Japan's top 100 moon-viewing spots by the Night View Tourism Convention Bureau. From this vantage point, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of both celestial bodies and the city below.
