He kicked off his career at Gilbane as an intern, swiftly rising to the position of Quality Manager. In this capacity, he was instrumental in driving operational excellence. His deep commitment to fostering relationships and delivering exceptional client value prompted a transition into Business Development, where he consistently delivered impressive results. His most recent position was Director of Business Development for Florida, where he solidified the firm’s presence in a solidly competitive market.

In his new role, Sitnik is expected to significantly advance Gilbane's market reach through strategic partnerships and by leading a team dedicated to client advocacy. His leadership qualities are pivotal in ensuring that Gilbane continues to be viewed as a trusted advisor and a genuine partner for clients facing intricate projects.

Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. He is also recognized as a LEED AP in Building Design and Construction (BD+C). Sitnik remains actively involved in his community, serving on several advisory boards. Notably, he is a member of the Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Development Council, Vice Chairman of THE PLAYERS Championship, and participates in the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida as both Advisory Council Member and Fundraising Co-chair.
