A New Chapter in Luxurious Spirits: Jardins d'Arménie Debuts in Monaco

A New Era in Luxury Spirits

The world of high-end spirits has been forever changed with the global launch of Jardins d'Arménie Royal Brandy, celebrated during an opulent gala at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo on September 13, 2025. Attended by the esteemed H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco and Armenia's ambassador to France, Arman Khachatryan, the event unfolded in the elegant Salle Belle Époque, enveloped in a rich tapestry of Armenian culture.

A Night of Elegance and Culture

As the evening progressed, guests indulged in exquisite gourmet cuisine, traditional Armenian music, and folk dances, along with a captivating art exhibition curated in collaboration with the Armenian Artists' Association and the Angelina Gallery. This gala not only showcased the brand but also highlighted Armenian heritage, fostering an appreciation for the art and craftsmanship behind Jardins d'Arménie.

The pinnacle of the evening was a special tasting session led by Bruno Scavo, the former head sommelier of Monte-Carlo SBM, who took the guests on a sensory journey through the intricate flavors and sophisticated complexity of this extraordinary brandy.

A Visionary Introduction

At the heart of this luxurious spirit is Simon Pogossian, the founder of SPS Cigaronne and Newline Brands Global LLC. For over three decades, the Pogossian family has been dedicated to creating unparalleled luxury products, driven by craftsmanship and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Today, the reins of this legacy have been passed to Simon's son, Armen Pogossian, who, at the age of 27, embodies a new generation of global business leaders.

Armen Pogossian's vision is to establish a completely new category of spirits with Jardins d'Arménie Royal Brandy, marrying age-old traditions with modern finesse. He states, "Jardins d'Arménie represents our history, our artistry, and our expert knowledge. Each sip captures the strength of our homeland, the elegance of our craftsmanship, and an age-old tradition. The unveiling in Monaco, in the presence of His Highness Prince Albert II, is a profound symbol of sharing Armenian excellence with Europe."

The Unique Spirit

Jardins d'Arménie introduces Royal Brandy, crafted from Voskehat grapes harvested from three distinct regions in Armenia. These grapes are transformed by skilled Armenian artisans who merge traditional brandy-making practices with innovative techniques. The aging process begins in oak barrels, which impart rich chocolate and gentle vanilla essences, before transitioning into apricot wood barrels to develop complex layers of fruitiness and subtle nuttiness. The final refinement occurs back in oak barrels, resulting in a brandy with an elegant structure and remarkable aromatic complexity.

Two notable innovations accompany this luxurious spirit. The unique hermetic closure, designed with two interlocking components and now patented, ensures airtight sealing to preserve the integrity of the flavors from cellar to glass. Additionally, each bottle comes with a tasting set, providing an exclusive insight into the brandy's profile, enhancing the overall tasting experience.

Bruno Scavo describes Jardins d'Arménie as "more than just a spirit; it is a cultural heritage and expertise handed down through generations. It is a rare privilege to lead this tasting."
