The campaign will run until March 31, 2026, and is centered around the official LINE account for Big Holiday Ski and Snowboard. Customers will be able to earn points through various actions in the LINE app, with opportunities to spin a roulette for discount coupons as they accumulate points. For every 100 points earned, participants can attempt the roulette for a chance to win coupons offering up to 7% off on their next tour booking.

To participate, users should add the following account:

- Big Holiday Ski & Snowboard LINE (Note: The Big Holiday Tour LINE is not eligible.)

How to Participate

1. Add the official LINE account as a friend.
2. Engage in various actions through rich menus to accumulate points.
3. Spin the roulette for a chance to win a discount coupon every time you reach 100 points.
4. Use winning coupons during your next tour booking.

You can participate in the roulette as many times as you like every time you accumulate 100 points.

The roulette will offer the following discount coupons:

- Up to 7% discount coupon
- Up to 5% discount coupon
- Up to 3% discount coupon

Note: The maximum discount amount is 20,000 yen.

Answering the slope diagnosis available in the rich menu.

- +20 pt/Question: Quiz Attempts

Answering quiz questions found in the rich menu grants 20 points for each correct answer.

- +5 pt/Day: Site Visits

Earn points by reading featured articles on the Big Holiday site for more than three minutes.

- +100 pt: Referring Friends

When referred friends complete their registration.

- +100 pt: Tour Applications

Earn points via the link included in the confirmation email after booking a tour (one time per trip).

- +50 pt: Survey Responses Post-Trip

Responding to a post-trip survey grants points (one time per trip).

- +50 pt: QR Code Scanning at Bus Check-In

Earn points by scanning a QR code at the bus check-in location (one time per trip).

Point Expiration

Points earned will expire on March 31, 2026. Remember that expired points will automatically be forfeited.

Important Notes Regarding Coupons

- Applicable travel period must be completed by April 24, 2026, and registration for coupons must be completed by March 31, 2026.
