Royal Park Hotel Hosts Exciting Meat Buffet Event, 'MEET the MEAT BUFFET'

Discover the Ultimate Meat Festival at Royal Park Hotel

Royal Park Hotel, located in the heart of Tokyo, is thrilled to announce its latest culinary event, 'MEET the MEAT BUFFET'. Running from January 9 to February 28, 2026, this buffet will take place every weekend and on public holidays at the hotel’s first-floor dining venue, 'Symphony'. It promises to be an exciting celebration for meat enthusiasts of all generations.

A Buffet that Appeals to All Ages

The buffet is set to be a feast for both adults and children. Guests can indulge in a variety of meat dishes, including
  • - Duck Pastrami finished with a tangy berry sauce,
  • - Chicken Galantine wrapped with colorful vegetables,
  • - and a range of vibrant appetizers like pickled vegetables and a delightful marinated mix of prosciutto and cream cheese.

For the main event, Royal Park Hotel’s specialty, Wagyu Roast Beef, will be the centerpiece of the buffet, served with gravy, truffle soy sauce, and a robust mustard-based sauce. Additionally, a unique dish features a creative beef roll cake combined with vinegared rice. The pork dish, featuring low-temperature cooked pork wrapped in herb breadcrumbs, is designed to tantalize the taste buds.

The meat buffet also includes visually striking dishes like bacon-wrapped meatloaf, lamb and vegetable stew simmered in tomatoes, and confit made with gizzards and lotus roots—each crafted to highlight the rich flavors of the meat. Warm, hearty soups such as beef-infused broth and a soothing vegetable and sausage pot-au-feu will be available to warm guests during the colder months. Children will enjoy hearty options like frankfurters, fried chicken, and chicken curry with rice, making it a fantastic family dining experience.

Sweet Delights to End Your Meal

Dessert lovers will not be disappointed either. A seasonal selection of sweets featuring vibrant red strawberries will be showcased, including chiffon cakes, jelly, panna cotta, cupcakes, and a recommended shortcake by the hotel’s pastrier. This diverse array of sweets, paired with the delicious meat dishes, offers a complete buffet experience.
