Embracing New Opportunities: Business Succession Seminar in Tokyo
As part of its initiative to resolve local challenges such as "succession gaps" and the aging management workforce, Kitakyushu City is hosting a seminar in Tokyo. The focus of this event is on attracting potential residents and entrepreneurs through business succession opportunities. Collaborating with Light Light Co., Ltd. from Miyazaki City, this project aims to introduce the newly launched business succession matching site,
relay the local Kitakyushu, which was opened in August 2024.
The Purpose of the Seminar
The seminar is designed for individuals considering a UIJ turn (moving to urban areas from rural or suburban zones) or others interested in establishing businesses within Kitakyushu. Participants will gain insights into how business succession can be a viable method for relocation and settling into the community. It also serves as a platform for prospective successors and entrepreneurs to connect and share ideas.
