From June 15 to September 30, guests can indulge in this light and savory dish at the hotel’s Lounge & Dining SORAE, located on the second floor.

This chilled variation of the traditional Dan-Dan noodles aims to offer a delightful dining option during the hot summer months. The dish features a smooth cold soup enriched with rich sesame paste, combined with a touch of vinegar that adds a light and refreshing acidity. The harmonious blend provides a bold flavor while ensuring a light aftertaste, making it a perfect summer meal that combines satisfying texture with cooling qualities.

Build Your Own Plate: The Power Salad

In addition to the Chilled Dan-Dan Noodles, SORAE invites diners to create their own unique plate from a selection of 24 fresh ingredients featuring in the 'Power Salad Corner'. Available as part of the lunch and dinner buffet during weekdays, the Power Salad offers a fantastic opportunity for guests to mix and match a variety of colorful vegetables, fruits, and proteins like chicken, eggs, and legumes. This concept has been well-received, allowing guests the pleasure of selecting ingredients that cater to their mood and preferences for the day.

- Event Duration: June 15 (Monday) to September 30 (Wednesday), 2026.
- Exclusions: No dinner service on Wednesdays, and unavailable from July 18 (Saturday) to July 20 (Monday, holiday).
- Location: Lounge & Dining SORAE, 2nd Floor, Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu.
- Operating Hours: Lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (last orders at 8:30 PM).
- Pricing: A la carte options available for 1,700 yen, or enjoy the casual buffet (weekdays only) for 4,000 yen with a 120-minute limit.
