This collaboration celebrates the essence of Japanese comfort food centered around their freshly handcrafted rice balls, made daily using high-quality ingredients. Originating from Hiroshima, "that’s rice" operates as a unique pushcart-style rice ball food vendor. In a special series, starting in April 2025, the team behind "that's rice" began visiting eight different cities, culminating in this unforgettable Osaka pop-up.

At this event, guests can indulge in three beloved rice ball flavors: "Dashi-maki Mentai" (Japanese rolled omelet with spicy cod roe), "Salmon," and "Jako Negi" (small fish with green onions). Additionally, the hotel's restaurant, THE LIVELY KITCHEN Osaka Honmachi, will complement these rice balls with a limited-time set menu featuring dishes made with fresh ingredients from Hiroshima and Setouchi, enhanced with hints of French cuisine.
