Under Elemental’s leadership, a solar-powered electrolytic hydrogen facility will be developed, financed, and constructed as part of their expansive North American initiative. The company has established a strong presence in clean fuel solutions across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on counting resources for energy resilience, decarbonization, and long-term economic viability.

With the acquisition, Elemental plans to produce competitively priced zero-emission renewable hydrogen aimed at large stationary users which could include data centers, microgrids, and hydrogen-capable turbines.
