From January 4 to February 28, 2026, the hotel's renowned Chinese restaurant, 桂花苑 (Keikaen), will be hosting the "Hot Puffed Rice and Clay Pot Fried Rice Fair" alongside a "Winter All-You-Can-Eat Dinner" on weekends and holidays.

Hot Puffed Rice and Clay Pot Fried Rice Fair



At this event, guests can dive into a selection of mouthwatering dishes featuring the delightful textures and flavors of hot puffed rice, served directly from a clay pot. The menu will boast a variety of enticing offerings, including:

  • - Five-Ingredient Puffed Rice with Oyster Sauce: A delightful combination of shrimp, scallops, squid, char siu, and vegetables, enhanced by the delicious flavors of oyster sauce.
  • - Spicy Black Vinegar Puffed Rice with Shark Fin: This dish expertly balances the mild acidity and spiciness of black vinegar with the rich taste of shark fin, along with shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu.
  • - Seafood Mapo Puffed Rice: A hearty dish that marries the rich umami of seafood with the deep flavors of Mapo tofu.
