On August 5, 2025, The Place of Tokyo, a renowned wedding venue located directly in front of Tokyo Tower, marked its 13th anniversary with an extraordinary event dubbed the "The Place of Tokyo 13th Anniversary Festival." Managed by Ikka Dining Project, a subsidiary of Ikka Holdings, the festival drew a record participation of around 170 attendees, consisting of staff and partner companies.

During the achievements presentation segment, representatives from the five teams at The Place of Tokyo—the Bridal Team, Marketing & Sales Team, Kitchen Team, Patisserie Team, and Restaurant & Service Team—shared their reflections and visions from the past year. These presentations transcended mere achievement summaries, creating a moment for expressing gratitude to colleagues and stakeholders, as well as for fostering pride and affection for their teams.

In preparation for these presentations, extensive discussions and rehearsals took place, resulting in strengthened team bonds—a key element of this initiative's true value.

Sharing these insights and accomplishments with colleagues and partner companies cultivated a deep-seated sense of unity, resulting in a more robust and cohesive teamwork.

The festival also included an awards ceremony celebrating outstanding contributions from staff and partners alike. For the first time, we honored a total of 37 individuals for their remarkable achievements, including the annual MVP and top performers in various categories. Acknowledging both internal talent and the vital roles played by our supporting partners fosters motivation and elevates organizational morale.
