According to our simulations, a company with 30 employees incurs substantial costs from daily task checks, which emphasizes the need for more streamlined processes. Our findings suggest that organizations can significantly reduce overflow costs by adopting proper project management practices and tools.

Current State of Task Management
A survey conducted by NuLabor (October 2023) revealed that only a small fraction of businesses utilize dedicated task management tools. Traditional methods like emails and handwritten notes dominate, indicating a crucial gap in team task management. In light of this, our seminar aims to introduce methodologies that empower small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to embrace project management more readily.

During the seminar, we’ll be discussing the significance of integrating project management into M&A strategies, particularly focusing on the 100-day plan and Post Merger Integration (PMI). Yusuke Komatsu, with nearly two decades of experience in enhancing SME operations, will share practical insights on steering project management for better outcomes. His expertise, drawn from real-world implementations, will make the session engaging and informative.
