Development Progress and Future Plans



Before being acknowledged by the SBIR program, Planet Savers had already made significant strides in their research. They developed a first-generation zeolite adsorbent that demonstrated successful CO₂ capture operations for a cumulative 300 hours using their prototype DAC unit. This success has provided valuable data essential for scaling up their efforts.

The upcoming project funded by the Ministry of Environment will focus on creating a commercial-grade DAC system that uses highly efficient zeolite adsorbents. They aim to refine the manufacturing processes, confirming optimal shapes for the materials used so they can effectively balance economic viability and environmental sustainability.

Furthermore, part of the project includes rigorous testing of prototype systems in real-world environments to validate the efficiency and feasibility of their solutions.
