Starting April 26, 2025, Riviera Zushi Marina is set to offer an exclusive lineup of beverages at its renowned restaurants, Malibu Farm and Ristorante AO, both providing unique experiences against the backdrop of a stunning coastal view.

Malibu Farm - A Tasty Tribute to Sunset

Malibu Farm, which has garnered immense popularity among celebrities in Los Angeles and is the only location outside the U.S., will continue its tradition of delighting guests with the "Magic Hour Lemonade". This non-alcoholic cocktail, priced at 1,000 yen, is inspired by the radiant sunsets visible from its terrace. The drink features a layered gradient of blue, purple, and yellow, created with homemade lemonade and butterfly pea. Not only does it look stunning, but it also contains anthocyanins, which are known for their anti-aging properties, making this drink as wholesome as it is delicious.

Ristorante AO - A Summer Cocktail to Savor

Next up is Ristorante AO, an elegant modern Italian restaurant that offers an ocean view from every seat. From April 26 through July 23, guests can indulge in a special cocktail dubbed "Aspetto l'estate," meaning "Awaiting Summer" in Italian. This delightful concoction blends sweet elderflower notes resembling those of muscat grapes with the tartness of lemon, further elevated by a hint of rosemary. The alcoholic version, offering a depth of flavor with vodka, is priced at 1,400 yen, while the non-alcoholic option is available for 1,200 yen. A 10% service charge will apply during dinner.

Riviera Zushi Marina, located just an hour from downtown Tokyo, boasts a picturesque setting with nearly 900 palm trees, creating a resort-like atmosphere. This sustainable marina not only provides stunning views of Mt. Fuji and Enoshima but also serves as a location for various film shoots, punctuating its aesthetic appeal.
