RingConn Unveils Groundbreaking Blood Pressure Analysis System at IFA 2025

The highly anticipated presentation from RingConn at the IFA Berlin 2025 showcased its latest innovation—the blood pressure analysis feature, which significantly enhances personal health management through smart wearable technology. With a vision to provide comprehensive, scientifically-backed health management tools, RingConn continues to push the boundaries in the field of health technology.

A Preview of the Blood Pressure Analysis Feature

During the event, RingConn provided a sneak peek at its blood pressure analysis system, which is currently in development. The challenge of accurately monitoring blood pressure with wearable devices has historically been difficult, and RingConn's R&D team has dedicated immense resources to tackle this complex issue. The announcement made at IFA marks a significant milestone in their journey toward providing reliable health monitoring solutions.

Hypertension, often referred to as the silent killer, poses serious health risks worldwide, being a leading cause of cardiovascular diseases and strokes. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 1.1 billion people globally are affected by hypertension, yet less than 20% have their condition under control. Recognizing the urgent need for better health management, RingConn aims to improve personal health tracking through continuous and accessible blood pressure monitoring.

Unlike traditional measurements taken with a cuff, RingConn’s smart rings allow for daily and continuous tracking right from the comfort of one’s own home. This regular monitoring helps uncover health patterns that are often missed with isolated measurements, such as occasional hypertension, nighttime hypertension, and gradual changes over time, enabling early detection and continuous health oversight.

How It Works

The blood pressure monitoring feature is designed to complement a conventional sphygmomanometer (blood pressure monitor), which users will calibrate every 28 days. Once calibrated, the smart ring can track blood pressure daily, providing users with a comprehensive view of their health status. Additionally, RingConn plans to integrate this feature into its smart rings and has launched a user selection program to facilitate internal testing.

Market Response

The positive response from attendees at IFA highlights the growing interest in RingConn’s products, particularly its flagship devices: the RingConn Gen 2 and RingConn Gen 2 Air. So far, RingConn has established a robust user base of over 250,000 individuals, further solidifying its impact on the wearable tech market. Exhibiting at IFA Berlin 2025 underscores the brand's commitment to innovation and customer engagement.
