The Wellness Center, strategically located on Washington Street, offers an array of healthcare services including primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and pharmacy. John Bollman, Pella Corporation’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, emphasized the significance of this initiative: "Our legacy has always been shaped by our people. That’s why we’re going the extra mile to focus on our team members, investing in their long-term health and wellness."
