NIKI Hills Winery, operated by the DAC Group in Niki Town, Hokkaido, is set to host an exclusive early summer event titled "Cherry and Rosé". Scheduled for four days only, on June 27-28 and July 4-5, 2026, this unique gathering will allow guests to savor the winery's own cherries alongside their exquisite PROPOSE Rosé Sparkling. Due to limited harvest, the cherries include popular varieties such as Sato Nishiki, Benishuo, Nanyo, and Summit, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience of exquisite pairings enhanced by a sommelier's expert commentary.

Event Overview



This event promises a delightful afternoon filled with the fresh breeze of early summer, where attendees can indulge in cherries nurtured with care by NIKI Hills Winery's dedicated cultivation staff. Here’s what you need to know:

  • - Schedule:
- 10:00 AM: Registration begins at the winery shop
- 10:25 AM: Gather on the terrace for a vineyard stroll with sommelier insights
- 10:40 AM: Cherry picking and unlimited tasting (30 minutes)
- 11:25 AM: Meal served on the terrace, featuring cherry-based light dishes and wine pairings
- 12:30 PM: Event concludes

Transportation to Niki Station is included for those arriving by train (10:07 AM arrival, 1:15 PM departure).

Plans and Pricing



Guests can select from four unique plans tailored to their preferences:

1. Harvest Tour & Dining Plan (120 minutes): ¥5,940/person
- Cherry unlimited tasting
- Light meal with pairing commentary
- One glass of Rosé Sparkling for a toast, plus a recommended wine by the sommelier

2. Limited Bottle Wine Plan: ¥10,890/person
- Includes the Harvest Tour & Dining Plan content plus one bottle (750ml) of Rosé Sparkling.

3. Harvest Tour Only Plan (60 minutes): ¥2,640/person
- Unlimited cherry tasting

4. Dining Only Plan (60 minutes): ¥4,400/person
- Includes light meal with pairing commentary and two glasses of wine.

Note on Non-Alcoholic Options: For guests who do not consume alcohol, a special "Cherry Non-Alcoholic Cocktail" will be available.

Child Participation:
  • - Middle school students and older: Adult pricing, with a non-alcoholic toast.
  • - Elementary school students: Discounted by ¥1,100 from adult pricing (¥220 off for the Dining Only Plan); non-alcoholic options available.
  • - Preschool children: Free admission (additional cherry plates can be ordered).

Important Information


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations after 5 PM the day before will incur a ¥2,640/person cancellation fee.

Clothing Requirements:
Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking (rubber boots are available for rent at ¥550).
