CrossCountry Mortgage Achieves Historic Recognition on NAHREP Top 250 List

CrossCountry Mortgage Shines on NAHREP Top 250 List

CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), the leading retail mortgage lender in the United States, has achieved a significant milestone by securing its best performance yet on the 2025 National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators list. This year marks a remarkable increase, with 17 loan officers from CCM receiving recognition—an impressive 21% rise compared to last year.

In 2024 alone, CCM played a crucial role in helping nearly 14,000 Hispanic families realize their dream of homeownership, financing a record-breaking volume of $5 billion in mortgage loans within these communities. The NAHREP Top 250 List highlights the most outstanding Hispanic leaders across the nation, showcasing their commitment to facilitating accessible housing solutions for Latino families.

Among the honorees is Terri Santiago-Parker, who has secured the top position in the Northeast region for three consecutive years. Additionally, Chris Leon and Lizy Hoeffer took the first and second spots, respectively, in the Southwest region. Rodrigo Ballón and Julio Silva also shone brightly, ranking 4th and 6th respectively in the NAHREP Top 100 Latino Mortgage Originators based on volume.

Ron Leonhardt, founder and CEO of CCM, expressed pride in these achievements, stating, "Helping more Hispanic and Latino families achieve the dream of homeownership is not just a goal at CCM; it’s a commitment we are proud to honor. Being part of this list is an honor, but what truly matters is the impact we create. I’m proud of our team and excited to achieve even more in 2025."

The NAHREP list serves as a recognition of mortgage professionals who foster sustainable housing access for Latino families, as determined by the volume of closed mortgages in 2024. This year, CCM has significantly contributed to advancing homeownership among Hispanic families, a mission that remains a priority for the company. CCM continues to invest in essential tools, resources, and partnerships that provide tailored support to Hispanic homebuyers, strengthening their confidence as borrowers and expanding access to homeownership.

As a national partner of NAHREP, CCM actively participates each year in its annual homeownership and wealth-building conference, which emphasizes the significance of homeownership in the Latino community. Oralia Herrera, the NAHREP national president, commented, "These professionals represent the backbone of Latino homeownership growth in the United States. They have guided thousands of families through a challenging real estate market, demonstrating that trust, market expertise, and strong community ties drive success in this industry."
