The most recent addition, L.Biz Matsuyama Ichibancho, is set to be completed by December 2025 in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. This new building has recently achieved significant milestone certifications. It has been awarded the prestigious "ZEB Ready" certification, recognizing its superior environmental performance. Furthermore, it also received the highest rating of "6 Stars" under the Building-Housing Energy-efficiency Labeling System (BELS), indicating exceptional energy conservation capabilities.

The L.Biz series exemplifies Takara Leben’s commitment to creating spaces that consider the full spectrum of life for its residents, a philosophy encapsulated in its main brand name, "LEBEN," meaning life in German. This new building aims to achieve the Net Zero Energy Building status by focusing on high insulation performance and energy-efficient technologies. The construction features enhanced insulation materials and Low-e double glazing, which reduces cooling load effectively. Additionally, indoor air conditioning units are equipped with advanced occupancy and temperature sensors, optimizing energy use. By integrating CO₂ sensors in heat recovery ventilation systems and employing LED lighting with motion sensors, the property expects to achieve a remarkable 59% reduction in energy consumption when excluding renewable energy input.

MIRARTH is committed to promoting stable supplies of renewable energy, identifying it as a key focus area.
