Versatile Sealing Methods
The new ENNOVI-SealTech offers two sealing methods—dual-wall heat-shrink tubing and adhesive tape—designed for demanding applications. Importantly, both options eliminate the need for post-processing, significantly enhancing manufacturing efficiency and design flexibility without compromising sealing integrity. This versatility ensures that ENNOVI-SealTech can accommodate nearly any busbar shape or construction.
Rigorous Testing Regimen
To guarantee the technology meets stringent design requirements, ENNOVI-SealTech undergoes exhaustive testing procedures. Each configuration is subjected to thermal aging tests at 150°C for 1,000 hours, and thermal shock cycles ranging from -40°C to +150°C for 600 cycles, based on the EN 60068-2 standard. A comprehensive leak test ensures the sealing's integrity, confirming the reliability of this advanced technology.
Compatibility Across Materials
