Huawei Expands Its Partner Ecosystem for Business Growth in Europe

Huawei has once again highlighted the essential role of its partners during the Huawei European Partner Conference 2026 held in Como, Italy. The company emphasized its commitment to a partner-centered strategy as a fundamental component for driving substantial growth in the region. Huawei aims to deepen its collaboration with existing partners while also striving to expand its ecosystem with new partners.

According to the data shared by Huawei, over 90% of its enterprise revenue in Europe is generated through its partner network. Additionally, it has been noted that the implementation and setup processes are predominantly managed by these partners. With the intention of further reinforcing this framework, Huawei plans to increase its investments in training, marketing, services, and distribution in the near future.

Willi Song, the President of Huawei’s Enterprise Business in Europe, stated during the conference, "Our partners are at the heart of our long-term growth strategy. In the coming years, we will strengthen our collaboration with existing partners and tap into new high-potential ones."

In this context, Song mentioned that Huawei plans to include more partners into its Gold and Silver certified partnership structures. The company aims to train over 10,000 certified engineers, invest more than $20 million in marketing activities, and make over 90% of its products and services accessible to partners. Presently, Huawei collaborates with over 5,000 partners across Europe.

As Huawei's business volume and contributions through partners continue to grow, the company is focused on strengthening partner policies, support mechanisms, and competency development programs to streamline solution sales processes and respond more swiftly to customer needs. Furthermore, Huawei aims to establish a more stable, mutually beneficial framework with its partners. Key initiatives include enhancing incentive mechanisms, strengthening resource allocation, fostering an open collaborative environment, and promoting joint innovation models.

To date, Huawei and its partners have successfully developed over 100 scenario-based solutions together. This collaboration is underpinned by rapid product delivery, an operational structure that offers end-to-end visibility, and mechanisms that incorporate feedback from partners swiftly.

Looking ahead, Huawei intends to maintain its growth trajectory in Europe by focusing on vital sectors such as public services, healthcare, education, internet service providers, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail with a strategic approach known as the 2+2+1 strategy. The company forecasts continued growth in its enterprise business for 2026, with a significant portion of its revenue expected to derive from its partners.

Moreover, Huawei is set to expand its distribution business model under the eKit 4+10+N strategy. This plan aims to enhance cooperation particularly with partners who are in direct contact with customers and further fortify the incentive mechanisms in place.

In its statement, Huawei reiterates its commitment to advancing a customer-focused innovation approach, fostering sustainable and profitable growth across Europe by deepening partnerships with its collaborators.
