New Gulliver Used Car Mega Stores Open in Hiroshima and Ibaraki in August 2025

Gulliver Expands with New Locations in Japan

Gulliver, operated by IDOM Co., Ltd., is excited to announce the launch of two new large-scale used car stores in Japan. The first, Gulliver Hiroshima Inter Store, will open its doors on August 9, 2025, followed by the Gulliver Ibaraki Store on August 30, 2025. These additions signify Gulliver’s commitment to enhancing customer convenience and offering extensive vehicle options.

A Significant Step for Gulliver in Hiroshima

Located in Hiroshima City, the Gulliver Hiroshima Inter Store boasts an impressive 1,733 tsubo (approximately 5,720 square meters) of space. This spacious setting will feature a unique display format that includes both outdoor exhibitions and a multi-story parking area. This design ensures that customers can browse through vehicles comfortably, regardless of the weather.

Conveniently situated near the Midorii-6-Chome Intersection along National Route 54, the store is strategically located in an area bustling with large commercial facilities. Its prime location makes it easy for customers to stop by while shopping or exploring the city, enhancing the overall experience.

To create buzz ahead of the grand opening, the store will kick off a pre-opening event on August 2, 2025. Potential customers are invited to come and check out the extensive range of vehicles available.

Ibaraki Customers to Enjoy a Wide Selection

In Ibaraki City, the Gulliver Ibaraki Store stands out with its nearly 1,865 tsubo (around 6,195 square meters) of space, showcasing approximately 220 vehicles, making it one of the largest displays in the city per Gulliver's assessments. The innovative use of a multi-story parking facility will ensure that a diverse array of vehicles is available to meet customer preferences.

Located conveniently along the Osaka Central Circular Route, and just a five-minute walk from the Sawaragiseki Station of the Osaka Monorail, accessibility has been prioritized to cater not only to Ibaraki residents but also to clients from Suita, Settsu, Takatsuki, and surrounding areas.

Thoughtful Store Design for Ultimate Comfort

Both Gulliver stores are designed with customer comfort in mind, featuring inviting spaces that encourage a relaxed browsing and buying experience. The interiors are styled with natural materials like wood and greenery, creating a warm and open atmosphere conducive to discussions about vehicle purchases.

Key Features:

  • - Negotiation Areas: Designed to be serene and inviting, allowing for relaxed conversations without pressure.
  • - Kids’ Play Areas: To accommodate families, both stores will feature safe and enjoyable play areas for children, complete with books and toys, enabling parents to engage in discussions while keeping an eye on their little ones.
  • - Café and Lounge Space: With a high-end, airport-lounge vibe, the café will provide a variety of beverages, allowing customers to unwind and enjoy their drinks in the negotiation areas or lounges.

Commitment to Community & Customer Satisfaction

IDOM aims to be the go-to “car shop in your town,” striving to enrich customers' lives through innovative services and community-engaged retail experiences. The company emphasizes creating spaces where customers can consult about their automotive needs in a comfortable and accommodating atmosphere. As these new locations prepare to serve the Hiroshima and Ibaraki communities, the focus remains on customer satisfaction and accessibility.
