Ash Hair Group Shines at JUNIOR TOKYO 8

On September 16, 2025, the JUNIOR TOKYO 8 hair show took place at Spotify O-EAST, featuring young talents from the Ash salon group. A part of the larger Arte Genesis company, Ash has participated in this annual event for eight consecutive years, demonstrating its commitment to nurturing upcoming hairstylists.

What is JUNIOR TOKYO?

JUNIOR TOKYO is an assistant-focused hair show established by three companies: Uka, known for total beauty brands; Dab, a leading hair salon franchise; and K-B Planning International, the event's organizer. This annual event serves as a platform for aspiring hairstylists—known as “assistants”—to showcase their creativity and skills in a real-world setting before they officially debut as stylists.

At JUNIOR TOKYO, participants take charge of everything from hair and makeup to model selection and costume design. This hands-on involvement allows these emerging artists to express themselves artistically and collaborate with peers, fostering growth that extends beyond conventional salon work.
