GTIS Partners and RISE Expand Student Housing Development at Auburn University
In a notable advancement for student accommodations,
GTIS Partners LP has partnered once again with
RISE, a leading development company specializing in student housing, to expand their joint venture with an exciting new project:
RISE Auburn. This premier housing community aims to cater to the growing population of students at
Auburn University.
Focus on Sustained Growth
With enrollment figures at Auburn University consistently climbing in recent years, the demand for high-quality student housing has tightened significantly. The lack of new Class A developments near the campus has created a pressing need for more modern living spaces for students. Recognizing this opportunity, GTIS and RISE successfully acquired and entitled a
4.3-acre site, ideally located about half a mile from the university.
This extensive project is anticipated to feature
718 beds across
240 units, incorporating a highly amenitized building designed with students' needs in mind. Among the standout features are structured parking facilities, a fully-equipped gym, a resort-style pool, a golf simulator, and various study lounges, all aimed at enhancing the student living experience.
