Announcement of 'GOLD RANK IN OITA'
On September 23, 2025, a significant event will take place in Beppu City, Oita, marking the Gold Rank tournament 'GOLD RANK IN OITA' managed by Now Do Inc. This tournament is poised as a key opportunity for young soccer talents, featuring a unique format where only the winning team will qualify for the prestigious national tournament, the 'JAPAN CUP.'
What to Expect
This tournament follows a special format termed 'one-shot reversal,' emphasizing the competitive spirit among participants. Out of the teams that apply, the top 24 teams from Kyushu based on total entries will be selected, though teams from outside the Kyushu region or with no prior entry history are also welcome to apply. We encourage all budding teams, including first-time entrants, to join this exciting event.

The tournament schedule is as follows and may be subject to change based on the competition flow:
Registration: 8:00 AM
Opening Ceremony: 8:30 AM
Matches Start: 9:00 AM
Closing Ceremony: Around 2:00 PM

Entry Process
Teams can register by creating a team of at least four players and applying for the tournament. For U10, use the following link:

Selection Criteria
The participating teams will be primarily selected based on their cumulative entry numbers within the Kyushu area. The application deadline is set for September 16, 2025, by 11:59 PM. Teams that secure their place will be notified via email on September 17, 2025. Should the total entries be less than 24, early entries will be accepted until September 21, 2025, by 11:59 PM.
- - Only tournaments with four or more registered players will count towards entry.
- - Total entry numbers will account for both local and national rounds.
- - Teams from outside Kyushu or those with no prior entries can also apply.
- - If cumulative entry numbers are tied, earlier applications will be given priority.
Victory Prizes
- - Champions will earn the right to compete in the JAPAN CUP.
- - Winners will receive commemorative items, including original 4v4 medals and certificates.

The 4v4 concept was developed by soccer legend Keisuke Honda, aiming to energize the Japanese soccer scene. Tailored for youth players aged U10 and U12, this innovative format stresses autonomy among young competitors, featuring unique rules, including a 10-minute single match format, flexible substitutions, and a 20-second shot clock. The absence of coaches on the bench encourages children to think independently and act on their decisions. The tournament champions can earn points throughout the season to compete for the coveted JAPAN CUP title.
