Local business leader Kaycee Miller has stepped into the role of President of the Board of Directors for Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI). With a rich background in economic development and a commitment to fostering local business initiatives, Miller aims to drive growth and support for entrepreneurs across Jackson and Josephine counties. She has been a member of the SOREDI Board since 2020, where she previously served as Vice President. As co-owner of Rentec Direct, a well-known software company based in Grants Pass, Miller is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges and opportunities facing local businesses.

Since relocating to Southern Oregon in 2012 and joining Rentec Direct’s marketing team, Miller has dedicated herself to the community and local economic growth. Her leadership at Rentec has garnered national recognition, with the company frequently cited on the Inc. Magazine list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Miller's ambition is clear: to make Southern Oregon a better place for business without the need to move to larger metropolitan areas such as Portland or Seattle.
