Introducing the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE Program
From October 15-17, 2025, Dormy Inn Express Unnan will host a transformative program called the "DOMINISTA CHALLENGE," designed specifically for students from the Shimane Prefectural Matoi High School. This initiative, organized by Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., aims to nurture a professional outlook and foster love for the community among high school students.
What is the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE?
Launched in 2019, the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE invites high school students nationwide to engage in a comprehensive career experience program at various Dormy Inn locations. Participants will gain insights into the hospitality industry through hands-on experience, including customer service at the front desk, cleaning duties, and other essential hotel operations. This program offers students an opportunity to appreciate the passion behind service work, encounter visitors in their home regions, and understand the importance of teamwork and helping others. In today’s globally connected world, this experience promotes multicultural understanding and prepares students for diverse future interactions.
To date, over 70 schools have participated, with 12 schools from the Chugoku and Shikoku areas actively engaging in this career education initiative.
