1. Automotive-grade eMMC:
- Built on the exclusive WM6000 controller, this solution supports storage capacities of up to 128GB, ensuring compliance with AEC-Q100 Grade 2/3 standards. It is optimized for applications such as Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) and T-BOX units, providing both high performance and reliability.

2. Automotive-grade LPDDR4x:
- With memory capacities ranging from 2GB to 8GB and speeds reaching 4266Mbps, this solution is engineered for low-latency operations essential for AI voice assistants and multi-screen displays. Technologies such as ODT (On-Die Termination) and DTQ (Data Transfer Queue) enhance its adaptability to high-bandwidth automotive environments.

3. Automotive-grade UFS:
- Longsys introduced several UFS options, which include support for protocols ranging from UFS 2.1 to 3.1, accommodating storage capacities from 64GB to 256GB. The newly launched WM7000 series controller enables advanced storage capabilities for next-generation smart vehicles.

4. Automotive-grade SPI NAND Flash:
- Featuring compact WSON8 packaging with capacities from 1Gb to 4Gb, this flash memory technology offers impressive endurance with 100,000 program/erase cycles and a 10-year data retention guarantee. Its high reliability is further enhanced by an ECC (Error Correction Code) engine, making it ideal for OTA (Over-The-Air) updates in gateways and telematics modules.
