Announcing Identity Management Day 2025

The Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA), a nonprofit organization, has made a significant announcement ahead of the upcoming Identity Management Day 2025. Scheduled for April 8, 2025, this event aims to enhance awareness about the fundamental role of identity security amidst growing cyber threats.

IDSA provides vendor-neutral education and resources to strengthen security through identity-centric strategies. This year marks the fifth anniversary of Identity Management Day, which has gained prominence as a platform for discussing challenges and advancements in identity security.

Call for Participation

Registrations for Identity Management Day 2025 are now open, inviting security and IT professionals, business leaders, and identity practitioners to engage in the discourse about the latest trends in identity security. The event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and educational sessions, thus offering invaluable insights from industry leaders.

Henrique Teixeira, who serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Saviynt and is a former Gartner Analyst, will deliver the keynote address. Attendees can look forward to important discussions centered around the theme of Existential Identity, a concept reflecting the various identities individuals possess in both personal and professional realms.

Jeff Reich, Executive Director of IDSA, elaborated on this theme, explaining that with the multiplicity of identities, including non-human identities, the definition of identity evolves continually in relation to our daily activities.

Identity Management Awards

In addition to the day's events, IDSA has commenced the nomination process for the 2025 Identity Management Awards and the Identity Management Day Champion Program. Through these recognitions, IDSA seeks to honor organizations and individuals who prioritize identity security in their operations.

Award Categories:

1. Enterprise Project of the Year: Recognizing impactful identity security projects by large organizations.
