Huawei Unveils Innovative 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions for Smart Transformation
Huawei's New 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions
At the recent launch event in Shanghai, Huawei’s Executive Director of the Board, David Wang, introduced the innovative HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions. This event, themed "Together for Growth, All Intelligence", emphasized the launch of these unique, scenario-based solutions designed specifically for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) as they embark on their intelligent transformation journeys.
The Rise of AI in Business
AI technology is increasingly being adopted in business environments. While current applications focus on intelligent assistants that support employees, the future is expected to see deeper integration with core production systems. This evolution is set to profoundly affect product, service, business, and operational models, with AI serving as a primary driver of change. In China alone, there are over 58 million SMEs, accounting for more than 80% of urban employment and approximately 60% of the national GDP. However, many of these businesses struggle to leverage new technologies due to limited AI expertise.
During the launch, Wang articulated, "Intelligence should be as accessible as water and electricity. My hope is that everyone, every household, and every organization can benefit from AI. Huawei is committed to helping SMEs face these challenges and accelerate their intelligence journey. No one will be left behind in the intelligent world."
Bridging the Technology Gap
Many SMEs are seeking externally developed intelligent solutions to bridge the technology and talent gaps that hinder their ability to implement AI independently. They are in search of user-friendly and actionable solutions tailored to boost efficiency and spur growth. Traditionally, installers provided these solutions using complex models for subcontracting ancillary products, which often led to inefficiency.
In response to this pain point in the market, Huawei has restructured its distribution strategy. Instead of selling standalone products, Huawei now offers one-stop, scenario-based solutions that are easier for installers to deliver. This new approach focuses on real business use cases.
The newly launched HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions exemplify this strategy. The "4" in the 4+10+N represents four critical scenarios: smart office, smart business, smart education, and smart healthcare. The "10" refers to the ten one-stop, scenario-based solutions presented at the event, including smart office setups, intelligent hotels, digital diagnostic platforms, and interactive smart classrooms. Lastly, the "N" highlights a range of star products tailored to these different scenarios.
Key Features of New Solutions
Among the 26 products introduced in the N-series solutions, the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180-series enterprise-grade routers stand out. These high-speed routers integrate a variety of functions, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN capabilities. Additionally, new IdeaHub products combining AI-conferencing, acoustic screens, and AI applications have been launched, all featuring an all-in-one design and advanced intelligent interactions.
Wang emphasized, "We handle the complexity, allowing customers and partners to focus on growth. Our one-stop scenario-based solutions will help SMEs become smarter more easily and quickly. HUAWEI eKit one-stop solutions represent our latest advancements in solution development, commercial effectiveness, and delivery services. By utilizing these solutions, we aim to bring the benefits of AI to SMEs."
All the newly released products incorporate advanced AI technologies that have been pre-integrated and validated, facilitating flexible delivery. Installers can easily bundle products to meet the specific needs of various scenarios. Huawei also provides additional sales opportunities for its distribution partners, including quicker access to related resources, demonstration solutions, and scenario-based configuration plans, simplifying product selection and design challenges for both installers and customers.
Furthermore, Huawei supports uniform installation, centralized network management, and consolidated customer support, allowing clients to rapidly implement AI while ensuring a worry-free delivery process for installers.
In conclusion, Wang wrapped up his speech stating, "These solutions will facilitate the last mile of the intelligent world for SMEs. We are eager to partner with our distribution allies and installers to join forces and fully support SMEs in their intelligence transition."
