First Horizon Corporation (NYSE: FHN) confirmed the retirement of Rosa Sugrañes, a 67-year-old esteemed member of its Board of Directors and the First Horizon Bank Board of Directors. Sugrañes joined First Horizon in 2020, following the historic merger with IBERIABANK Corporation, where she had served as a director since 2017. Her extensive experience in banking and finance is supported by a notable tenure as a board member of Sabadell United Bank in Miami, Florida, from 2006 until 2017.

Rosa Sugrañes is also known as the founder and former CEO of Iberia Tiles, a ceramic tile distribution company that operated out of Miami from 1980 until its sale in 2012.
