The 3rd GTI Forum on Digital Intelligence: A Step Forward in Global AI Development

On September 8, 2026, the 3rd GTI Forum on Digital Intelligence took place in Hong Kong, themed "Openness, Sharing, Cooperation - Advancing AI Development." The event also featured Li Huidi, Executive Vice President of China Mobile, who acknowledged the role of China Mobile as a key founding member of GTI. He reiterated the company's commitment to utilizing GTI's open cooperation platform to foster discussions on evolving AI technologies, their applications, and governance pathways. With AI shifting from isolated tools to versatile capabilities, the dialogues emphasized the necessity of an integrated approach balancing communication networks, computing resources, and data.

China Mobile's proposals included:
