Creation Camp TENNOZ Announces 10 Startups for Its Second Term, Backed by Terada Warehouse

Creation Camp TENNOZ Welcomes the Second Cohort of Startups

In an exciting development for the innovation landscape, Terada Warehouse Co., Ltd., located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, has announced the selection of ten startups for its 'Creation Camp TENNOZ,' now entering its second term. This incubator program aims to support early-stage startups, providing them with essential resources to thrive.

Vision for Innovation at Isle of Creation TENNOZ

'Creation Camp TENNOZ' is a vital part of the broader initiative called 'Isle of Creation TENNOZ,' which seeks to transform the Tennoz area into a vibrant hub for startups and creativity, blending the beauty of waterfronts and art. This project aspires to create an environment that encourages collaboration among entrepreneurs, artists, and creators. The main facets of this initiative comprise the 'Creation Camp TENNOZ' for startups and the 'Creation Hub TENNOZ,' offering necessary office spaces and shared facilities during the growth phase.

The second cohort is made up of startups established within the last three years, spanning various industries and technologies beyond just warehousing, storage, and art. The second-term selection process began in March 2025, leading to a competitive pitch event, the 'Creation Campfire 2025,' where the selected companies displayed their visions and innovations. The final results led to ten startups being granted residency in the redesigned incubator facilities.

Starting this October, these ten startups will benefit from the comprehensive support systems in place, enabling them to focus intensely on bringing their business ideas to life over the next two years.

Meet the Selected Startups

Among the newly accepted startups is UpToU Corp, led by CEO Mai Araki, focusing on a ribbon platform to support beauty medical users and healthcare providers. Another participant, and Jam Inc., under the leadership of Tatsuya Sanjou, is innovating in the realm of digital talent through virtual humans. The ten selected teams bring diverse ideas to the table:

  • - eMotion Fleet Inc.: Headed by President Hideshi Shiraki, offering a one-stop electrification service for commercial fleets.
  • - Kiviaq Inc.: Led by CEO Toshi Okada, this company runs a pharmacy business and manages pharmaceutical supply chain management.
  • - Smooth Inc.: Under the guidance of President Yasunori Izumi, this startup allows users to turn empty lots into temporary parking spaces with ease via their solution called “Smooth.”
  • - DishWill Inc.: President Akio Nakamura leads the development and manufacturing of soybean products derived from plant factories, aiming to revolutionize food offerings.
  • - Harii Inc.: CEO Junko Ikeno produces and sells comfortable, non-slip sporting wigs and high-performance caps.
  • - Helpush Inc.: With CEO Yuma Terada at the helm, this platform addresses mobility challenges, broadening the scope of access for individuals.

  • - Reloca: Founded by Shintaro Irie, this service allows potential tenants to contract as 'next residents' in desired rental properties before moving in.

This initial cohort has already shown remarkable growth in line with their goals, making significant strides in their respective industries.
