Emma Haaland: A New VP of Global Service & Customer Experience

Emma Haaland has been appointed as the first-ever Vice President of Global Service & Customer Experience at Sciton. This newly created role reflects the company's dedication to providing exceptional support to partners worldwide. Haaland's journey with Sciton began nearly 15 years ago in 2011 when she joined as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Following her initial role, she transitioned into Customer Service, where her leadership potential quickly became apparent. Over the years, she climbed the corporate ladder, becoming Associate Director of Global Service, then Senior Director, before achieving this latest promotion.

CEO Aaron Burton commented on Haaland's promotion, stating, "Emma exemplifies hard work, commitment, and a focus on serving others. She has shown herself to be a trusted leader with an exceptional ability to foster collaboration across different departments. This promotion is truly deserved."

David Marchitti: Rising Through the Ranks

Following in the footsteps of Haaland, David Marchitti has been promoted to Vice President of Sales - USA. Marchitti's career with Sciton began in Atlanta in 2012 as an Area Sales Manager. His impressive trajectory included a promotion to Regional Sales Manager, where he managed Sciton's Central Region. He later oversaw all sales efforts in the U.S. and Canada as Director of Sales, eventually becoming Senior Sales Director of North America in 2021.

Robbie Brindley, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, remarked, "From the outset, David displayed qualities that set him apart. He is an extraordinary coach with an eye for talent. His leadership has been instrumental in building a highly effective team within the aesthetic medicine sector. This promotion is a fitting acknowledgment of his years of hard work and commitment."
