Sumesh brings with him an impressive two decades of experience in SaaS, e-commerce, and digital transformation, having previously served as the Group Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Pos Malaysia, where he successfully led the reinvention of a 200-year-old organization through significant technological and strategic reform.

In addition to his role at Pos Malaysia, Sumesh's previous experiences include leading Customer Experience at the fast-growing Indian startup Swiggy and holding a General Manager position at Amazon, where he was responsible for operations in Germany and Spain. His foundational experience at DHL provides him with deep insights into product, operations, sales, and marketing, further strengthening his capability in his new role.
