Pudu Robotics Expands Presence in the Americas

Pudu Robotics, renowned globally for its expertise in commercial service robotics, has officially launched its new headquarters in Dallas, Texas, on April 23, 2026. This strategic move aligns with the company's vision of enhancing its long-term growth in the Americas.

A New Chapter in Dallas

The new headquarters, located in the Sherman Tech Center of Richardson, combines modern office space, a product showcase area, and a dedicated warehouse. This facility is pivotal for boosting Pudu's regional operations, enabling improved efficiency and coordination that the booming Dallas area offers. The city’s robust logistical infrastructure, favorable business environment, and access to a diverse clientele position Pudu for an even stronger regional impact.

By establishing its U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Pudu Robotics aims to enhance its operations across North and South America, ensuring timely service and support for its clients. Additionally, its former office in Santa Clara has been transformed into an optimized logistics center, with dual warehouse systems established on both coasts to facilitate national deliveries.

Steady Growth Since 2018

Since entering the U.S. market in 2018, Pudu has significantly broadened its operations throughout the continent. Currently, the company boasts nearly 15,000 robots active in North America, resulting in a remarkable 285% year-over-year revenue increase. This rapid adoption is driven by Pudu's comprehensive product range catering specifically to the U.S. labor and efficiency needs across four main categories:

1. Service Robots: Featuring BellaBot, a favored option in hospitality and retail, along with the upgraded BellaBot Pro, known for its exceptional quality in service interactions.
2. Commercial Cleaning Solutions: Including the successful PUDU CC1 series and the newly launched PUDU BG1 series, designed for large-scale cleaning using AI.
3. AI-Enhanced Solutions: Represented by the advanced PUDU D5 series, enabling robots to effectively interact and adapt within complex human environments.

As part of its strategy, Pudu has also strengthened partnerships with local distributors, achieving a 63.6% year-on-year growth, with an expanding customer base across various sectors such as food and beverage, healthcare, industrial logistics, and real estate.

Evolving Organizational Structure

Pudu's entry into the American market has catalyzed significant organizational growth since 2018, transitioning from a small team to a multifunctional organization. The enhanced local capabilities in sales, after-sales service, solutions, and marketing have markedly increased Pudu’s customer focus and operational effectiveness.

Vision for the Future

Looking ahead, Pudu plans to enhance its footprint in critical areas such as retail, logistics, healthcare, and commercial cleaning. The integration of robotics solutions with advanced AI is set to further the company's capabilities in these sectors. “We are committed to long-term growth in America with a localized approach,” stated Raymond Pan, CEO of Pudu Robotics for the Americas. He emphasized the importance of the new headquarters in solidifying the company’s foundational ambitions while simultaneously investing in products tailored to local market needs.

Pudu Robotics aspires to serve 10 billion people worldwide over the next decade, a vision supported by their status as the leading brand in commercial service robotics, with over 120,000 units sold globally and operations in more than 80 countries. This recent establishment in Dallas heralds a new era of growth for Pudu Robotics in the Americas, ensuring they stay at the forefront of service robotics innovation.
