The Solution to a Sustainable Future

The growing interest in domestic timber has emerged alongside supportive government initiatives, such as the "Promotion Act for Wooden Cities," which emphasizes the importance of timber in urban settings. In conjunction with private sector efforts aimed at carbon neutrality, this increasing enthusiasm contributes to a favorable climate for timber utilization across various communities.

The WOOD Collection 2026 aims to capitalize on this trend by providing insights and inspiration on how domestic timber can improve industry, society, and daily life. It is envisioned as a space where future-focused ideas can flourish, contributing to building a coherent future where urban and forestry synergy is emphasized.

A Hybrid Approach

This year's exhibition features a hybrid model, combining both physical and online elements to ensure inclusivity. This format allows participation from diverse groups, including those who may find it challenging to attend in person. The event seeks to maximize opportunities for business matching and problem-solving for participants.

The exhibition is not just an opportunity to showcase products but also acts as a platform that engages with important societal topics like sustainability and carbon neutrality, fostering intertwined futures for urban and forest environments.
