Guillaume Charlin comes to McWin with an impressive 27-year tenure at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he played a pivotal role in advising clients across various consumer-facing industries. His previous roles included serving as the Managing Partner for BCG France, responsible for guiding approximately 1,200 employees, and being the European Leader for BCG's consumer business.
