• - Saga Beef Fillet: Succulent beef with an intricate marbling, grilled to perfection and served with soft, braised Karatsu Burdock in a soy-flavored broth. This dish captures the essence of Saga’s outstanding beef, known for its unique sweetness and rich flavors.
