Morpho's Participation in the Upcoming Online Exhibition 2025

Morpho, headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is set to participate in the upcoming "Technology Exhibition 2025: From Automobiles to Mobility," scheduled to take place online from November 26 to December 19, 2025. Under the leadership of CEO Masaki Hiraga, Morpho will showcase its advanced AI technologies, especially those harnessed from automotive camera footage. This includes their sophisticated three-dimensional reconstruction from images, distance estimation using AI monocular cameras, and auto-calibration technology aimed at the automotive sector.

During the exhibition, Morpho plans to unveil updates on three products presented at the "People and Cars Technology Exhibition 2025 YOKOHAMA" earlier in May. Attendees can also look forward to practical use cases illustrating how Morpho’s products can be integrated with others to enhance functionality.

1. Morpho Photogrammetry Toolkit

Morpho's Photogrammetry Toolkit leverages years of expertise in image processing, utilizing the latest techniques to achieve high-precision three-dimensional reconstruction from a series of two-dimensional images. This tool allows the generation of high-precision mesh data and creates usable images from new perspectives. Moreover, utilizing Morpho MAS enables the dynamic auto-generation of scenarios during these simulations.

For instance, new driving scenarios can be automatically generated by adding other vehicles to existing scenarios or by moving pedestrian and vehicle agents to act autonomously and avoid collisions.

2. Morpho Distance Scanner™

The Morpho Distance Scanner™ provides a groundbreaking software solution that estimates the distance to objects using just a single image captured by an RGB camera, all without the need for additional measuring equipment. This flexible tool takes advantage of the existing onboard cameras, unlocking additional capabilities.

Application Example: Combining the Morpho Distance Scanner™ with Morpho Deep Detector™ enables specific object detection and precise distance estimation, visually clarifying the distances to various subjects like vehicles and pedestrians.

3. Morpho Visual Calibrator™

With the Morpho Visual Calibrator™, calibration becomes a seamless process utilizing AI to immediately estimate the spatial relationships of cameras capturing footage. This auto-calibration technology significantly simplifies camera calibration tasks in manufacturing processes, resulting in reduced capital investment costs. In the realm of vehicle development where numerous cameras and sensors are involved, easy calibration is becoming increasingly crucial.

Application Example: The Morpho Visual Calibrator™ can be applied to various onboard cameras, including front and rear cameras, by accurately inferring the camera positioning from multiple views. This application ensures high precision in camera posture information determination, thanks to AI assistance.
