Nana's Green Tea Launches Seasonal Dish with Azumino Salmon
On April 7, 2026, the popular global cafe brand
Nana's Green Tea, operated by
Nana Leaf Co., is set to introduce a new seasonal food item:
"Azumino Salmon and Avocado Bowl". This unique dish will be available at all its locations nationwide, marking the first time Azumino salmon, cultivated by
Fujiya Wasabi Farm in Nagano Prefecture, has featured in a restaurant chain's menu.
Background of the Introduction

The inspiration for this collaboration stems from the pristine environment surrounding the North Alps. The melting snow creates a rich aquifer that feeds into the Azumino region, providing high-quality water ideal for fish farming. This same water is used by Nana's Green Tea for its famous grated wasabi, sourced from Fujiya Wasabi Farm.
The
Azumino Salmon is known for its tender texture and rich flavor, free from any unpleasant aftertaste. This quality aligns perfectly with Nana's commitment to using premium national ingredients, which uniquely reflects Japanese culture and culinary tradition. Touched by the salmon's exquisite taste and the farm's sustainable production methods, Nana's Green Tea decided to incorporate this ingredient for the very first time into its menu offerings.
Menu Details
The
"Azumino Salmon and Avocado Bowl" is priced at
¥1,580 (tax included) and will also be available as part of a lunch set starting at
¥1,830. The promotion runs from
April 7 to June 25, 2026, or until supplies last. Note that this dish is only available for dining in and is not offered for takeout. Customers can also order it as part of a drink set, and larger portions are allowed.
