The exhibition aims to bolster interaction and communication in the service industry, making it one of Japan's largest trade exhibitions in the hospitality and food service sectors.
RATIONAL Booth Overview
Visitors to the RATIONAL booth will be greeted by a sleek, white-themed space showcasing their advanced cooking technologies, including the "iCombi Pro" and "iVario Pro". Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of cooking products designed to cater to meal preparation for 20 to 500 servings, complete with various options and accessories. Additionally, touch-screen monitors will provide product information, catalogs, and demonstrations of the digital kitchen management system, "ConnectedCooking".
Highlights at the RATIONAL Booth
The highlight of the RATIONAL booth will be an arena area featuring live cooking shows conducted by RATIONAL chefs using both the "iCombi Pro" and "iVario Pro" units. Guests can enjoy an engaging 30-minute culinary demonstration with real-time visuals broadcasted on large LED screens, providing an immersive experience. Attendees can either join on the day or reserve seats in advance via RATIONAL's special website. The "iVario Experience Island" will allow guests to partake not just in simple demonstrations centered on the "iVario Pro" but also engage directly with chefs for hands-on cooking experiences.
Seminar on Sustainability in the European Kitchen Industry
On February 20, RATIONAL will also host a seminar titled "Sustainability Initiatives in the European Kitchen Industry" at 11 AM within the HCJ2026 seminar area. Led by Yasuhiko Inada, Head of Product Management at RATIONAL Japan, the session will explore trends in commercial kitchens in Europe, referencing real-world case studies from corporate dining environments.
