Join the Kimochi Deliver Campaign with JEN
Every December, a unique opportunity arises for individuals to contribute to international cooperation while decluttering their homes. The Kimochi Deliver Campaign, organized by the certified NPO JEN, invites you to donate your finished books, CDs, and DVDs during the national donation month from December 1 to 31, 2025.
By simply packing your unwanted items into a cardboard box and sending them off, you can make a significant impact. Every item donated will be assessed for its value, and all proceeds will go to JEN. Additionally, for each application submitted, Book Off will add a bonus donation of 500 yen, making it an even more rewarding experience for both the donors and the recipients.
With free shipping and a swift application process, anyone can partake in this philanthropic cycle easily. It’s a heartwarming initiative that promotes sustainability while helping those impacted by conflict and disasters rebuild their lives.
For example, if you donate books or DVDs valued at 1,000 yen, this could provide three notebooks for children in Afghanistan. Your donations, even a single box, could help change lives in distant places, fostering a brighter future.
