He previously led IR and ESG disclosure consulting for listed companies in Japan at an ESG startup and has held significant roles at Adidas Japan and Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities.

Naho Nakukubo
Naho is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Sherpa & Company, having recently transitioned from heading ESG Solutions at S&P Global Sustainable1. She has a diverse background, including ESG advisory roles and contributions to ESG and AI-focused publications. Naho holds a law degree from Kyoto University and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
