Starting from October 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM, reservations will be open for a delightful array of festive cakes designed to brighten your holiday gatherings, be it family parties or girls' night celebrations.

A Look at the 2025 Christmas Cake Offerings

This year, the renowned executive pastry chef Fumihiro Kaizuka has prepared four delightful creations, each embodying the spirit of the season with a unique twist:

Toy Box Chocolate Cake

Imagine the magic of Christmas captured in a cake! The Toy Box Chocolate Cake, crafted with local Tokyo strawberries, is designed to resemble a charming toy box. Adorned with festive decorations made from white chocolate, it encapsulates a rich chocolate cake topped with bountiful fresh strawberries from Tokyo. Only five of these enchanting cakes will be available, making it a perfect centerpiece for your special celebrations.

Tokyo Strawberry Shortcake

A classic holiday favorite, the Tokyo Strawberry Shortcake features the exceptional “Tachikawa strawberries” sourced from the Toyosen Farm in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Layered with fluffy sponge cake and cream, this cake invites you to savor the delightful sweetness and tang of these rare strawberries in every bite.

Caramel Nut Mousse Cake

For those eager to try something different this Christmas, we recommend the Caramel Nut Mousse Cake. Featuring a walnut base and layers of caramel and banana mousse, each component harmonizes beautifully, offering a unique flavor experience that is sure to impress.

New Addition: Stollen

This year marks the introduction of the beloved Stollen, a traditional Christmas bread. All cakes are available by reservation only and are capped once sold out.

Pricing Overview

- Toy Box Chocolate Cake: ¥20,000 (for 5 limited units)
- Tokyo Strawberry Shortcake: ¥6,500

Prices include an 8% consumption tax.
